Refund and Return Policy
Cancellation and delay of shipment :
Please be sure our delay of delivery are in line with your needs. We give any refund after the shipping on the reason it will not arrive sooner of 35 days. Please If you have an event at an specific date, make the order before 35 days.
If you want cancel the order, you can make a request at firstname.lastname@example.org. Nevertheless, we keep the right to refuse any refund and cancellation if the shipment has already been made (Usually two days after the order).
Upon receipt of your package :
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
10 days or less after the delivery
If your delivery arrive with any damages or issues, your are eligible for a total refund (taxes and shipping fee include) in the first 10 days after the delivery. The total refund will be make with only your method of payment use for the purchase.
For a safety reason, we will not proceed of any refund with other credit card, gift card or any other payment method.
If your purchase was compose of multiples items, only the value of the product will be refund.
To request a total refund, the consumers needs to provide a picture of the defective item and a picture of the original package at this email address : email@example.com
The email containing the pictures need to also include a description of the issue, the name of the person who a have purchase the item and the date of the purchase.
45 days or less after the delivery
We understand the issue can be appear after 10 days. For this reason, we give a 30 % refund in store credit for any reasonable issues after 10 days the delivery, but less of 45 days.
To request a store credit refund, the consumers needs to provide a picture of the defective item at this email address : firstname.lastname@example.org . A picture of the original package will be appreciate but not necessary.
The email containing the pictures need to include a description of the issue, the name of the person who a have purchase the item and the date of the purchase.
We keep the right to refuse a store credit refund if we determine the issues are not reasonable for a refund.
If we determine the issue are reasonable , a store credit will be sent to you. The store credit had to be use in the 90 days after is delivery.
No refund for any reason will be make after 45 days after the delivery.
If your order have any issue and Artefact Depot is to blame (ex. broken item) you need to ask for a refund.
Our return policy is for orders that have been received correctly but the customer want to return for any reason. To comply with the laws of most countries on online commerce, Artefact Depot allows the return of merchandise for any reasons at the discretion of the buyer.
The method for returning goods
Any return must have been completed within a maximum period of 60 days after receipt of delivery by the customer.
The buyer must send returned merchandise to the Artefact Depot Office for inspection. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay shipping fee and send the goods by the carrier of their choice.
Only after receiving and inspecting, Artefact Depot will fully refund the order. The shipping fee of the return will not be refunded by Artefact Depot for any reason.
Before shipping, we encourage the customer to send us a picture of the returned merchandise to show its good condition.
